Advantages:

battery is apple OEM not third party garbage

Disadvantages:

lots of work to transfer MB and screws and screen over to - daunting process actually....

I was skeptical at first it seemed like the backlight didnt work and my computer would not start up without being plugged in - but I reset the SMC and logged in and everything was fixed. Battery in unit has 114 cycles on it. Everything seems to work including touchbar....
