What is Accidental Damage?
Accidental damage refers to physical damage that happens unexpectedly and is not due to a manufacturing defect. This type of damage is not covered under our standard warranty.

- Physical breakage from misuse or mishandling

30-Day Return Policy
Changed your mind? No worries. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked—as long as it’s in its original condition.
After 30 Days
If an issue comes up after 30 days, but within the warranty period, we’ll work with you to:
- Repair the item (if possible)
- Exchange it for a working replacement
- Provide store credit if neither is an option
